This is currently a free service offered by me. In order to use this service, you must agree to the following rules:

1) You must be over 13 years old.
2) You may not upload more than a couple images that are non-miniature related. This includes, but is not limited to: pictures that are not miniature related (family, pets, cars, etc), pornography, and any other images that are deemed lewd or inappropriate by the website administrator. Nudity of miniatures is allowed, as long as it is placed in a gallery clearly marked "mature". Also, a few pictures of you or your dog/cat/whatever are ok, but this is not intended to be a image hosting service.
3) You may not post text that is deemed crude or inappropriate by the website administrator.
4) I cannot be held responsible for lost images or misrepresented information. This website is usually backed up on a regular basis, but while unlikely, it is possible that all images and content on your website may be deleted due to forces beyond my control. I cannot be held responsible for that.
5) This is an international site with visitors from all over the world. I am not a lawyer, and I don't know much about the law in different countries. By using this service you agree not to use it to break any copyright or other laws both in your country and in the countries of other users of this site.
6) Advertisements and/or links may be displayed at the bottom of every page. These advertisement will be chosen by me, and any revenue from said advertisements goes solely to the upkeep of this website.
7) These terms and conditions for use may change at any time, if you do not agree with the changes, you must submit your disapproval via email and your account will be terminated at your discretion.
8) This service and your account may disappear at any time. It's unlikely, but possible that due to circumstances, this site and/or your account may someday be gone. I reserve the right to terminate this site or a user's account at any time. (Rest assured, this isn't going to happen unless something really bad comes along).
9) If anyone breaks the rules, their account may be terminated without notice. Depending on the violation, I will give a warning before anyone has their account terminated. Please, use common sense, and everything will go swimmingly.
